Orders, Payments and Shipping Info

I am constantly working to improve your shopping experience on the site. My new shopping cart was recently

All prices are in US Dollars, exclusive all shipping-, export- and import related costs and remittance fees. If you want to order large quantities of an item you can contact me to negotiate a discount. |
There is no minimum ordering quantity, I am happy about huge and tiny orders alike. Full container loads are possible. Tipp: Shipping gets proportionally cheaper the more items I can send. So if you want 1 drum and have some friends who do too, make sure you order together! Remember you are also allowed to resell my stuff. Make the most of your shipping cost by adding small, light weight items to the order. |
Shipping costs depend on the final volume and weight of an order. Because hand-made items can vary a lot in weight, I only know the exact price once the order is ready and packed at the airport/post office. Upon request, I can make a rough estimate in advance, which is subject to change. For every order, I look for the cheapest offers and allow you to approve or reject it before sending it out. |
Ocean Freight For full container loads only. I'm happy to work with the carrier of your choice. Airfreight (i.e. Delta Airlines, KLM, British Airways, Lufthansa etc.) For bulk orders. No smaller packages than at least one drum. Currently the fastest shipping option. Reaches its destination within a few days up to one week. You can pay the airline directly (prepaid or collect) or through me. You will receive a tracking number and a link, if the Airline offers online tracking. You will receive a phone call when the shipment has arrived at the destination airport. It usually takes another few days for the shipment to clear customs. You can then pick it up yourself or arrange delivery to your home. Postal Service Direct home delivery for small, light weight orders, up to 1 drum. Packages are said to arrive within approximately 2 weeks. Currently the cheapest shipping option available. DHL, FedEx, UPS etc. Because of their high prices I currently don't work with these companies. If you do wish to use them I am happy to do so. |
Full payment is due before shipping, but not until the order is ready. For bulk and custom orders, I may ask for a deposit to finance the production. I will send you the payment instructions after receipt of your order. All remittance fees are for the sender's account. Payment options are: Online payment services like PayPal, Google Checkout etc. are unfortunately NOT available to merchants in Ghana. |
My new shopping cart makes calculations and ordering easier for you. Shipping and other fees are NOT included in the shopping cart. They will be communicated by e-mail. NO payment is necessary to submit an order. Submitting an order does NOT obligate you to finalize the purchase.
